Eklund Consultants work with school staff and administration to create a roadmap for getting from where you are today to where you want to be. We don’t base our work on prescribed solutions as though a single model works for all; instead, we work directly with schools and utilize their strengths to improve conditions for all stakeholders.


The recommendations we offer are just the start of our work. From there, we travel together toward the new vision we’ve created. The SWSS is specifically designed to measure growth over time. Typically our schools survey annually to gauge growth, identify areas for continued attention, and celebrate the progress toward being a great place to work.
